Brompton Superlight Quick Release Pedals – Black 

These pedals originally supplied on the T Line Brompton, but are also compatible with the P Line and C Line Bromptons. On the C and P Line Bromptons the pedal holder fits to the rear of the front brake caliper.

Package contains:

• A left hand quick release pedal (weight 133g)
• A fixed right hand pedal (weight 125g)
• A quick release mechanism
• required washers
• T Line quick release pedal holder

Note: Left / Right hand as you are sitting on the bike

The weight of the two pedals is 258g plus the fitting parts at 54g so the total weight is approx 300g

Superlight Pedal Fitting instructions

The fit the quick release pedal to the non-drive side:

• Place the bike in the parked position
• Place the left crank arm parallel and toward the back of the bike to provide access to the back of the crank arm
• Fit the washer
• Apply anti-seize or grease to the pedal quick release mechanism tighten to 11.8Nm using a 6mm Hex (Allen) Key
• Turn clockwise to install and anti-clockwise to uninstall
• To remove the pedal when not in use, press either side of the pedal quick release mechanism and pull the pedal away from the crank arm

To fit the fixed right pedal to the drive side:

• Place the bike in the parked position
• Apply some anti-seize or grease to the thread of the pedal
• Tighten the pedal to 20Nm using an 8mm Hex key

• A 8mm hex (Allen) key
• A 6mm hex (Allen) key
• A torque wrench
